3 Gender Similarities In our society both men and women are better off with masculine traits. Hormones cause physical changes in both men and women.

5 Gender Differences Children tend to identify with the parent who is more dominate. The premenstrual syndrome is thought to be uncomfortable for about 10% of women. Women are more likely than men to see the world as a cooperative network.

Behaviorism is the belief that personality develops because of rewards and punishments. Psychology today is placing emphasis on the ability to control current behavior. During the generativity versus stagnation stage, adults may give something to the world.
