This program will benefit experienced supervisors who are preparing to move into their first management position as well as existing managers who need a refresher on the fundamentals of managing others.
What is Supervisory Development Skills?
This workshop will enable existing supervisors to become highly effective in the following: plan and organize, manage problems, decision making, effectively communicate, manage time, delegate, motivate and give constructive feedback to the team.
