How to Access OPERATING GUIDELINES TEMPLATES

Open your Legal Framework SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR account
Participants should have their accounts set up prior to training. Start at

Click the Administrator link to log in to your Account.
School Administrator accounts are only for the individual within an LEA who is designated by that LEA to manage the uploading of special education information into the LF; it is limited to one person (the SpEd Director) per district, co-op, or charter holder.

Enter your appropriate email and password information then click Login.
Log in using the full address and password that you selected.

Check to make sure you are working under the correct District Number and Agency Type, then click Continue. If you manage information for more than one charter, you can select the appropriate LEA from the list by clicking on the drop down arrow by the District Number box.

Click on the Manage Operating Guidelines tab.

Note that the OG page is yellow/white.
The Policy page is blue/white. It is best to start at the top and work your way down the list, clicking on each framework to check for OGs that need to be linked/uploaded. Click on “Agree”, you are agreeing to use these properly and not for financial gain. Click on the green arrow icon to select a framework and begin uploading OGs.

Click Add Operating Guideline.
Access the operating guideline you need! If the LEA has more than one OG that would cover the topic of the given Framework, the LEA should combine the applicable OGs (only for that specific Framework) into one PDF or Word document to be uploaded. Click Add Operating Guideline.
