Nationally high performing 6th best rated authority on the national outcome framework for social care
High level of satisfaction from people who use services - 90% of service users reasonably, extremely or very satisfied
Nationally in the last 12 months social care delays rose by 32% while in Oxfordshire they fell by 36%
30% increase in safeguarding enquiries;
60% increase in investigations but still done in a timely manner
75% triage in 2 days
75% concluded in 20 working days
We have lots of great work to build on. Our starting point is good but we can get better

Engage and reshape work with Districts (housing), police, GPs and develop new relationships with partners and communities
Beginning to work more closely with care homes and home care and third sector providers to meet communities’ needs
