2. Instructions This presentation will help you take the
necessary steps for creating OtD
complaints to Production from Warehouse.

3. Instructions Choose Order/Delivery Choose Create order/delivery.
Choose Send to production.
Choose Brand.
Choose your Warehouse.
Choose production location.
Choose production unit.
Choose complaint type (always internal for this type of complaints).

4. Finding a complaint In order to find a complaint you can do this:
Use ”Quick search” by entering a complaint number
Use the menu choice: ”Order/Delivery > Production Unit”
