Norm While DIBELS assessment generally include benchmark, no specific criterion are indicated for G3 assessment. Instead, once data is entered on the GGG website, an aim line based on the average performance of same age students is provided.

Reliability It stresses the need for every person to follow the directions consistently every time the test is administered so that the reliability and accuracy of the assessment can be maintained. Timing is strictly adhered to despite allowed variances in settings. Hence, it is reliable. Criterion-referenced test. Must be used with other tests.

Singapore Context Rhyming and alliteration is achievable for children in Singapore while some of the pictures for picture naming may not be appropriate (E.g. Red potato) However, on the whole the system can still be used in Singapore as the norm can be adjusted according to the country’s dynamics. SG3 version or pick cards that are appropriate to be used in Singapore
