Sun Notes: Chromosphere – Lowest level of the Suns atmosphere.
Core – Area where nuclear fusion is taking place. Radiation Zone – Where energy is transferred from the core to the convection zone. Convection Zone – the subsurface zone which brings hot material from the center of the Sun to the surface. Photosphere – the visible surface of the Sun. (Sunspots) Corona – Outermost atmosphere of the Sun. Visible during Solar Eclipses.

Assignment Construct your graph. Follow all instructions carefully.
Construct the horizontal axis of “your specific” graph. Graph the specific data you are given. Then connect all dots. Group 1: Years 1800 – Group 2: Years 1825 – Group 3: Years 1850 – Group 4: Years 1875 – Group 5: Years 1900 – Group 6: Years 1925 – Group 7: Years 1950 – Group 8: Years 1975 – 1999 All data is found on pages 110 and 111 in your book.
