2. Confirm Active Program.
Select Yes from the drop down box.
Click submit to continue.
If the academic program is incorrect, meet with an academic advisor in Bladen Hall 124.

3. Select a course to remove, change plan term, or enter a private worksheet note.

4. Put a check in the box to remove the course from the worksheet.
Click submit to continue.

5. Enter a note in the Private Worksheet notes.
Click submit to continue.

6. View notes on this screen.

7. To change the term, select an option from the drop down list of planned terms.
Click submit to continue.
