The Grounds/Lawn should be mowed.
Sidewalks and curbs are to be edged.
All leaves, dirt, and trash are to be swept from the parking lot and street curb and gutter areas.
There should be no weeds growing out of sidewalk/curb expansion joints including the street areas. 
(The City will not do this work. Custodians need to take care of this.)
The Campus Marquee should be clean, free of debris and free of any weeds around or underneath the marquee.
All visible windows should be cleaned.
All dumpster areas should be cleaned and free of debris/brush.  If Schools need extra trash pick-ups due to teachers cleaning rooms, contact Joel Cruz for contact City for extra pick up days prior to start of school.
Elementary Playgrounds should be cleaned, kept neat, and the mulched areas should be weed free and turned over to maintain desired cushion fall.
Flower Beds should be trimmed and weed free.
Trees should be trimmed with no low hanging sucker limbs exposed.
Shrubs should be hedged with no weeds showing in the area.
Lawn is to be watered regularly to maintain green grass appearance.
