Well Test Unit #7 MBPS
Acting senior operator went to take a surface sample and opened up the sample point without masking up, he was stopped immediately and told to wear his mask, it was likely there was no gas or pressure at surface, only water returns, PH# 6.

Inadequate PPE
Inadequate procedures
Lack of attention to situation
Proper PPE must be used when H2S is present
