3 Part 1: Take the Practice Quiz
Go to Lakeland.k12.nj.us , and click on Faculty Pages Find Mike Kelly, or Jess DellaPenna’s name, and click on the Link to go to the Practice Form. Answer the questions, and click “Submit”

4 How can this software be used?
As a diagnostic test – pre-tests for SGOs, formative assessments B. As a practice test for students (for upcoming tests, PARCC ready, etc) C. As a survey – for teacher or class D. As a take home test, or in class exam. E. One test can easily be shared, and edited, for entire department F. Many more applications – use your imagination

5 What can you do with this software?
A. Create an assessment of any length B. Assessment can mix and match numerous formats: multiple choice, fill in, choose from a list, check all that apply, long-form text (won’t self grade) C. Questions can incorporate images and embedded videos from YouTube D. Assessment will be self-graded E. You can the score to student (w/ or w/o correct answers) F. You can reuse the assessment as many times as you choose (provided that Google doesn’t go out of business) G. Randomize order of questions *We recommend practice test first*

6 What can the Add-On Flubaroo do?
A. Grade the assessment (Multiple Choice, Fill in the blank) B. Send up to 100 ed grades per day C. Distinguish between student identifiers and test questions D. just scores, or scores with answer key to students
