Click on ‘Open Enrolment’ to commence your MyChoice choices

A full list of available benefits will be displayed 3
Click on the hyperlink to view more details and any specific policy requirements for each option 5
For each benefit, options and costs will be displayed 4
Click the button for a benefit to enrol, then scroll down the page and select ‘Add Plan’ 6
Select the option required, tick the box to confirm that you have read any policy documentation and select ‘Add Plan to Selection’

You will be shown each benefit you have selected so far. Add any additional benefits following steps 1-6 8
Once all required benefits have been selected, click on ‘Review Enrolment’

Review the list of options you have selected and click ‘Save’ 10
Select ‘Go to Enrolment to view your Payslip Simulation’ !
Note that the Actions column shows any changes / additions to your benefit selection

5. MyChoice - Enrolment 11
Click on ‘Payslip Simulation’, this will open a new window to confirm benefit options and monthly costs from your pay. !
Once your payslip has simulated, you are advised to print and keep a copy for future reference 12
Click on ‘Exit’ to finish your MyChoice Benefit choices.
