Prevent fetal hypoxia in diabetic mothers

8. TREATMENT Intensive Neonatal care unit Warm incubator
Adequate warmed and humidified oxygen
Prevention and treatment of infection
Correction of hypovolemia
Correction anemia and electrolyte imbalance
Frequent monitoring
Surfactant therapy
Intra gastric feeding

9. COMPLICATION Intraventricular haemorrhage Bronchopulmonary displasia
Pulmonary haemorrhage
Pneumothorax
Retrolental fibroplasia
