3 Questbridge What is it? A full ride scholarship for minorities whose families make $60,000 or less. Key Requirements- Basics Good SAT/A Score Good GPA Stellar recommendation letters Essays Link

4 Posse What is it? Highly Selective Merit Based Scholarship that covers full tuition at a partner school Key Requirements- Basics Be nominated by their high school or a community-based organization Be in the first term of their senior year in high school Demonstrate leadership within their high school, community or family Demonstrate academic potential Apply on time; depending on the Posse city, nominations are accepted between the spring and early August before each new school year begins

6 Bryan Cameron Education Foundation
What is it? Highly Selective Merit Based Scholarship that covers full tuition for any college Key Requirements- Basics Minimum cumulative unweighted 3.7 grade point average Be a citizen of the United States of America enroll in a full-time course of study toward a bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university for the full academic year following high school graduation; Excel in a broad variety of extracurricular activities Demonstrate active participation in community service and in civic-minded arenas 10-15 high-school seniors 2 deadline: May and October

7 Gates What is it? The Gates Scholarship is a highly selective, full scholarship for exceptional, Pell-eligible, minority, high school seniors. Given to 300 students. Key Requirements- Basics A high school senior From at least one of the following ethnicities: African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native*, Asian & Pacific Islander American, and/or Hispanic American Pell-eligible A US citizen, national, or permanent resident In good academic standing with a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of 3.3. 9 Coca-Cola Scholars The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. What do you need? 10 Hope & Zell Miller What is it?
Provides money to assist students with the educational costs of attending a HOPE eligible postsecondary institution located in Georgia ( up to a maximum of 15 hours) Key Requirements- Basics Meet HOPE's U.S. citizenship or eligible non-citizen requirements; Be a legal resident of Georgia; Meet enrollment requirements; Be in compliance with Selective Service registration requirements; Meet academic achievement standards; Be in good standing on all student loans or other financial aid programs; Be in compliance with the Georgia Drug-Free Postsecondary Education Act of 1990; minimum 3.7 grade point average , 28 ACT or 1200 SAT for Zell Miller Minimum 3.0 grade point average for HOPE scholarship/eligibility/

11 FAFSA What is it? Federal Aid from the government. FREE MONEY
Key Requirements: Fill out the online application Family demographics and income. 100% based on NEED Applications open around October of your graduation year.
