Abstract
One of the problems confronting TGu is acceptance of TGu’s approach by other SDOs (Standards Defining Organizations)
Those SDOs have different meeting schedules, and are at various stages in defining handover strategies for other technologies.
This submission proposes a means of addressing those issues.

SDOs have different:
meeting schedules
information to exchange for inter-system handover
and are at different stages in developing approaches
freeze dates (deadlines)
3GPP - WiMAX handover is active in 3GPP SA2
While SA1 has expressed an interest in the HESSID, they have not met with TGu.
