Please take the handout with timings and details on our departure and arrival times
The information contains hotel address and number and contact numbers for the teachers and UK contact
Use the locations to look them up online if curious

3. Instructions
Arrival – please arrive punctually. You will need to take your luggage down to the coach and hand in passports and EHIC cards to your group leaders
Roomings – Please return the rooming slip so that I can work out rooms before we leave – DEADLINE MONDAY 6th MARCH
Food – We shall have food provided in the evening and breakfast at the hotel, unless we are eating out. You will need a packed lunch for day one and perhaps some money for breakfast before we leave England
Cash – enough for any food in England and souvenirs
Clothes – Bring sensible clothes (i.e. no flip flops)
