On Thursday, 9-28: show up dressed as your justice (15 points)
Research your justice and prepare a presentation covering the following information:
Year they were born, where they are from, legal education/training (10 pts)
Year they were appointed to SCOTUS and by which President (10 points)
Years they served on the Court (10 points)
Ideology: liberal, conservative or swing vote (10 points)
Find at least three (3) case decisions where they wrote either the majority, concurring or dissenting opinion. Name them in your presentation. (30 points)
Use a minimum of three sources, not Wikipedia. I will explain how to properly cite those in tomorrow’s class (15 points)
