For the machining of prismatic parts, the cutting process with certain geometric cutting is available
to us:

We can machine different component sizes with our about 30 machining centers.
Others are linked to flexible manufacturing systems.
The own machining allows short reaction times.

According to customer drawings we process components up to 50 tons in weight and a turning diameter of 3.70 meters.

A total of four CNC-3D coordinate measuring machines are available in air-conditioned rooms.
The largest measuring dimension is 3,000 × 5,000 × 2,000 mm.

Upon customer request, the machined parts receive the required surface treatment. We apply primer and varnish colour to washed, cleaned surfaces.
