HFPP High Friction Pigable Plug Pipeline Isolations
2
HFPP The Technology is an enhancement of well- established pigging technology, by utilizing through- wall communication to locate the plugs and to transmit internal pressure/temperature, upstream and downstream, of the isolation point. Pipelines from 1” to 56” Hold pressures typically between 3 – 8 bar Allows thin wall pipe isolation Simple and reliable Location monitoring and through-wall pressure/temperature monitoring.
3
HFPP The HFPP isolation method is modular and adaptive, building from the base module deployment of pigable plugs for low pressure isolations. (Combined with SkadiPlug™ for high pressure applications). Can cover a wide range of isolation applications, pipeline products and pipe wall thicknesses. HFPP can provide a cost-effective alternative to more intrusive plug isolation systems for pipeline repair topsides. Requires no pipeline modifications. Can be used on thin wall pipelines.
