Evolved from negotiations for the 2005 National Agreement
Aims to support changing our workplace culture and environment to one that supports health for all employees
Encourages everyone to grow into a Healthy Workforce leader by adopting the first step of “don’t get worse,” which stops any erosion in our health. From there, we can take steps to get better.
