2b. Consequences for data supply: Backward to build long time series!
Art 5.5 on Historical time series specifies that in case of NUTS change ITC45 splits into ITC4C and ITC4D the NSI supplies historical data for the new breakdown ITC4C, ITC4D starting with a date settled by comitology see next slide within two years of the amendment 1 January 2014 Oliver HEIDEN – Workshop of "Best practices exchanges" 15 February 2011
