Describe Mendel’s Law of segregation and law of dominance. Using these laws, a hairless guinea pig (hh) and a hairy guinea pig (Hh) are crossed. Describe how to create the Punnett square, and what are the probabilities (and/or percentage) of the F1 generation being homozygous recessive (hh), homozygous dominant (HH), or heterozygous (Hh). Also describe genotypes and phenotypes of the parents to obtain a have hairless guinea pig offspring. Ensure to describe these crosses and the outcomes using key vocabulary terms as noted above and using the terms purebred and hybrid.
