3 Mandatory (Controlled by IP)
ESF YEI Intervention Field Mandatory (Controlled by IP) Form of Finance Mandatory Territorial type Territorial delivery mechanism Thematic Objective Not allowed ESF secondary Theme Economic Dimension LOCATION (NUTS)

4 Automatic validation rules
Blocking controls The "blocking" controls will flag an "error", as the data encoded is detected to contain an inconsistency or is incomplete,  and invite the Managing authority to complete or correct the data before submission. In Financial Data - Table 2 only (categorisation by priority axis): For each amount encoded a valid dimension coded must be provided in each relevant dimension according to the fund (this replicates the rule applied during );   For ESF priority axes, only ESF relevant "intervention field" codes ( ) may be used; in addition for each axis only those ESF intervention field codes matching the investment priorities covered by the axis may be used; For YEI axes, only intervention field code 103 may be used;

5 Automatic validation rules
Result indicator cumulative achievement values with a reference output indicator If cumulative RI > 0 , then reference cumulative OI > 0. If cumulative RI > 0, then cumulative RI ≤ OI.

6 Automatic validation rules
Warning controls The "warning" controls highlight potential consistency issues (or mis encoding ) and allow Managing authorities the opportunity to correct or complete the data before submission.  In Financial data - Table 1 (Priority axis aggregation) and Table 2 (categorisation by priority axis): When the "number of operations" reported is greater than zero there should be a financial amount for the "total cost of operations selected"; (lowered to warning) When a financial amount for the "total cost of operations selected" is given but the "number of operations" reported is zero; When the "aggregate eligible expenditure declared by beneficiaries" is greater than the "total cost of operations selected";

7 Automatic validation rules
