3 Hygiene: Teeth and Mouth
Use toothbrush and toothpaste Brush teeth at least 2x a day Brush for at least 2-3 minutes every time Floss everyday

4 Hygiene: Bathing Wash hair Wash face Wash body Use soap Kills germs
Bathe everyday

5 Hygiene: Hand Washing Wash with warm water and soap
Wash for 15 seconds Kills germs

6 When to Wash Hands Before eating After using the bathroom
After sneezing After touching animals After touching trash

7 Physical Activity For at least 30minutes every day Running Biking
Playing sports

8 Personal Safety Bike Safety- wear helmet
Car Safety- sit in back seat and wear seat belt Safety in the Kitchen- no cooking without parents Fire Prevention- don’t play with matches

9 Medication Only take medication given by a parent or adult
Too much medicine can be bad for your body

10 Sleep Try to sleep for 10-12 hours every night Sleep in your own bed
Go to bed at the same time every night
