Nomadic Grazing Nomadic grazing is a form of pastoralism when livestock are herded in order to find fresh pastures on which to graze. Used to feed herds of animals by moving them to seasonally productive feeding grounds Nomadic grazing happens often over long distances This sort of grazing usually happens in regions that contain arable land Is more of an ancient form of herding It can be referred to as a form of subsistence form of agriculture

Advantages of Nomadic Grazing
Is useful for multiple breeds of animals (cattle, goats, sheeps, and camels) For the nomads their herds provide a lot of resources they need (meat, milk, and hide) Don’t have to worry about getting food or hunting you always have the necessary resources. You are able to move on when the resources and area around you beings to deplete.
