2. Preseason Calendar Fall Field Day September 9th
Starting November 19th preseason will be at Bret’s indoor facility.
Scrimmages will be scheduled and families will know a minimum of 1 week in advance

5. Fall Fundraising
Through 2/23/2019 players can participate in selling banner sponsorships for the 2019 season
People can purchase/renew field banner sponsors or pay to join the Diamond Club.
All field banners are Color and 3’X5’
All money raised in the fall will count
toward player totals for spring
Participating in fundraising does not
guarantee any athlete a spot on the team

6. Fall Fundraising Through 1/31/2019 we will be collecting prizes
for our 30-day raffle fundraiser.
Raffle prizes may include: items, gift cards,
or services.
Please fill out paper for any donated items!

7. Fundraising
Unfortunately fundraising in a vital and necessary part to running a successful program.
Last year’s fundraising provided:
JV assistant coach’s salary
Money to hire a 3rd varsity coach
Indoor facility use
Tournament fees
New balls for both JV and Varsity
Completed set of Varsity uniforms
New JV pants
New dirt for the field
Field realignment
Roofing for dugouts
More rakes, brooms, and field equipment

8. Miscellaneous
Rides:
Coaches are certified through WCSD to transport kids.
If you need to arrange for your child to be taken home please contact a coach.
We do not want rides to be the reason an athlete cannot participate!
Emergency Contact Form:
Prior to participating in preseason athletes need to turn in a completed Emergency Contact form to Coach Youngberg.
A copy of the emergency contact form is available on the website to download and print.
2019 Game Schedule:
Game schedule for the 2019 season is available on the site
PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE A VACATION FOR SPRING BREAK. We will be playing in tournaments and league games!
