Exemption Forms Were handed out on Wednesday
If you did not get one and think you can exempt a class, go by and see Ms. Thompson Forms due back to Ms. Thompson on May 15th You will remain in your class if you are exempt

Prom on Saturday Doors open at 8pm @ The Hyatt
Prom Court must be there by 10:30 Everyone else must be there by 11pm to enter Remember the dress code Gabriel will be at the door to check

Senior Awards Thursday May 18th at the PAC
Be there at 5:45 to check in Ceremony begins at 6:30pm Invitations went out Attire: Dress, slacks, skirt, NO-hole jeans, collared shirt NO t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops Will be presenting academic awards and announcing scholarship recipients.

Eagle Nation Senior Walk
May 18th Bluebonnet Elm – 9:30am Load bus at 9am from the cafeteria Report directly to the cafeteria - do NOT go to 1st period Red Rock Elm and Cedar Creek Elm – 1:30pm Eat 1st lunch, go to 4th for 20mins, come to front of school at 12:55 to load buses Load buses at 1pm from front of the school Bring your cap and gowns If you have NOT signed up, you can still do so through Haywood - Last day to sign up is May 15th

May 16th – Senior/Faculty Basketball Game After school starting at 4:30pm Tickets will be $2 for students and $5 for adults May 18th - Eagle Nation Senior Walk Senior Honors Night May 19th – Checkout forms handed out

May 22nd and 23rd – Senior Finals May 22nd – 5th, 6th, 7th Period May 23rd – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Period May 24th – Graduation Practice @ 8:40am in small gym; all seniors are REQUIRED to attend Senior Checkout will immediately follow in the cafeteria Bring checkout form with teacher signatures to cafeteria after practice Will have stations set up for your to get signatures and request final transcript We will have food for you☺ Baccalaureate PAC; wear cap and gown

Senior Timeline May 25th – Senior Trip to Six Flags
If bought senior package, ticket is included $65.00 for all other seniors This includes admission to park, one meal voucher, and charter bus there and back You are REQUIRED to ride the bus; buses leave at 8am and will return at 8pm (have a ride!!) If you have a season pass, you may use that, let Ms. Thompson know – your price is $35 Sign up on Google Form sent out this morning Payment is due by May 19th to Ms. Thompson ** The water park is not open - per 6Flags (not us)

Senior Timeline May 26th – Graduation Practice @ Memorial 9:00am
All students REQUIRED to attend Will receive tickets for parking at Memorial and for weather contingency plan (PAC) Weather Contingency Plan If it rains, Graduation will be moved to 2pm on Saturday, May 27th at the PAC Because of limited seating, we can only give 4 tickets to each student It will be streamed in the BHS cafeteria We will notify students through messager, website and remind

Graduation Information
Graduate is May 26th at Memorial Stadium You will need to be there by 6:30 Ceremony starts at 8pm There is a dress code: Girls – NO HEELS, flats, wedges or chunky heel only; dress, skirt, slacks – NO JEANS and NO SHORTS Guys – dress shoes, boots, dress tennis shoes; must wear collared shirt with tie – NO JEANS, NO SHORTS, NO T- shirts NO FLIP FLOPS You may decorate your cap, but nothing sticking out or coming down from back or side You may ONLY wear CCHS regalia with your robe

Attendance!!! Days are accruing – only allowed 9 for the entire semester before owe hours You WILL NOT graduate if you owe hours! COME TO SCHOOL EVERY DAY! - you only have 2wks!!

Austin Community College Session
Tuesday, May 16th from 10:30am - 11:30am For any student who plans to enroll at ACC during fall 2017 ACC Elgin rep will discuss what needs to happen to sign up for fall classes Get a pass from the CCC Sign up after the cohort meeting

College Next Steps: Have you... Accepted enough aid to cover tuition, housing and meal plan? Applied for housing? Registered for New Student orientation? Got Meningitis shot? Filled out and sent Final transcript form?

We Need Your Aid Please report local, outside or school scholarships to Career Center. Even if you received aid from a school but aren’t going, we still count the award
