1. PART SEARCH
If the part is not visible at the time of call updation, following points need to be cross checked :
Ensure the model name entered is correct
Part is assigned to Engineer
Check the same part in Part search, VIEW PART SEARCH
Select the Brand Name, Product Name & Model name.
Search for the part which is required
5.a) By direct click on Search
5.b) By entering the part code
If part code not found check from its part description.
If found then Check for its alternate part. VIEW ALTERNATE PART SEARCH
If alternate already mapped then call can be closed, if not mapped then raise request for the part addition.
Example : For Model name REF KWP203SH-RDA, the compressor mapped in SBOM is , COMPRESSOR,WITH
ASSESORIES,ASB45R.
For part search the model name to be selected must be REF KWP203SH-RDA.
Check is there compressor mapped in SBOM or not, if No then directly raise the request.
If yes then check whether it meets your requirement i.e. the part code which is available in SBOM is matching the
physical part.
If no then check by using alternate part search, Whether the physically available compressor is linked / mapped with the compressor available in SBOM.
If no then raise the request.
