Information pertaining to Facilities Services Functions may be found on our website: This page will allow you to : Utilize the Facilities Services Directory, View Facilities Services Organizational Chart, Obtain Event Support Information, Access Key Request Forms and Policies, Access Surplus and Warehouse information, View scheduled service outages, Submit and view requests for work through iServiceDesk First, access the UTEP Facilities Services Home Page at Next, Select iServiceDesk

3 Log on to iServiceDesk At this point you will type in your user name and password that will be supplied to you. (Your username will be the same as your UTEP username, only your password will change.) After you enter your username and password, click “OK” to advance to the main screen.

4 Submitting a Work Request
Here on the main page select “Submit a Request” on the left hand side to open up a request.

5 Submitting a Work Request
Select your facility. The facility will always be “Main Campus”. Select double arrows to proceed with the request.

6 Submitting A Work Request
Select your building from the drop down menu. Select the double arrows to proceed with the request.

7 Submitting A Work Request
Enter required information. Required information is indicated by a “*”. Select submit

8 Submitting a Work Request
Your request log# will be indicated by the fiscal year followed by (5) five digits. Please note that this is not your work order number. The work order number confirmation will come via from Facilities Services’ Service Desk.

9 Browse Work Requests To browse by work request, select “work request”.

10 Query a Work Order To query one or more work orders, select “ Query Work Order(s)”.

11 Query Results

12 Browse Work Request Enter work request number, and proceed by clicking the double arrows. The history of the work request will appear.

13 Browse Work Order To browse by work request, select “work order”. The history of the work order will appear.
