Low Power Distance and High Power Distance
Power distance describes how people belong to specific culture to show the power of relationships between people. So, USA have low power distance and the score is 40 and in India the power distance is high and the score is 77. For example, when todd talk to his boss like the same as any person and he call his boss by his name and he didn’t say Mr. or sir but in India they have different way to talk to their boss like when Indian employees call todd Mr. or sir. In India they have to marriage when they are too young because this is their tradition and if they didn’t marred they will think something wrong with you and they think it in bad way and they are collectivist culture. But in USA if you are ready you can married even if you are too young or too old, Depend when you will meet your future wife and they are individualist culture. In the previous slide I mansion the score for each country. For example, at the beginning of the movie when todd arrived to the home and the old woman ask hem about what does his father work and if he is married or not because people in his age they are old enough to be grandfather. individualist and collectivist cultures

Low-Context Culture and High-Context Culture
Low context implies that a lot of information is exchanged explicitly through the message itself. People in low context cultures such as the USA tend to have short-term relationships, follow rules and standards closely and are generally very task-oriented. High-context: High context implies that a lot of unspoken information is implicitly transferred during communication. People in a high context culture such as India tend to place a larger importance on long-term relationships and loyalty and have fewer rules and structure implemented Example, when todd said this place is disaster and puro replay no problem but actually its problem but he want satisfy todd and make him feel relax Low-Context Culture and High-Context Culture

Low-Context Culture and High-Context Culture
High context refers to societies where people have close connections over a long period of time such as USA. However, the Low context refers to societies where people tend to have many connections but of shorter duration or for some specific reason such as Indian high-context culture. For example, when Todd asks Puro if he can take a long trip to recover a shipment that has been sent to the wrong location, Puro declines the request in a very indirect manner, in line with collectivists’ concern . “No problem But first I must sleep for two hours, so that I can come back for the interviews with the new agents, and then I must make sure that my mother gets to the hospital.” Low-Context Culture and High-Context Culture
