AIM
To design, implement and evaluate interventions with a focus on mhealth to reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality.
To generate new knowledge on how to effectively strengthen health systems and ensure high-quality services, good governance and decision making
To build capacity in the health sector to support future knowledge generation, policy making and implementation

Research questions linked to country multi-level decision for maternal and child health within the health system in an integrated inter-dependent manner
