Process for onboarding new students
Please use the New Students tab in the Teacher Tracker to help you with onboarding new students that enroll after the beginning of the year…I have updated this. I have updated the Welcome and Connection Call template- I will attach to our meeting notes- please use these moving forward.

Modifying expected settings
Any student who with an enrollment date of 8/15/18 or after should have their settings modified in the OLS. Default is set at 100%. Leave this default for all students that started on the first day of school. Also, any student promoting in a course mid-year, will need to have their settings modified in the OLS. C Expected Start Dates need to be modified to reflect a start date two weeks after the enrollment date to accommodate for families waiting for materials. You can find the Enrollment Date in the OLS, in the student’s account, under Student Info
3
Steps to Modify Expected Settings:
Sign into the OLS. Find new student’s Enrollment Date Follow directions below to determine Expected Settings modifications Using Expected Settings Calculator for New Students (in your teacher tracker): Enter date with 14 day grace period in column title “Type Adjusted Start Date” – for example, if enrollment date was 8/16/18, then you will type 8/30/18 in that column. The number calculated in the column titled “% needed for 100% of Expected Progress” is what you will put into the OLS… See below

TO COMPLETE FOR A SINGLE STUDENT:
Go into new student OLS account Select Modify Expected Settings.

See on next slides

Skipping students in teacher managed schedule
Please follow guidelines set by your grade level for this. Please complete this ASAP as students will have Overdue lessons showing until it is done
