7 Initial Feedback Beds: Would like to have the ability to mark a member as visited. Lancs: Quality of groups and group info will be important, will need to encourage people to manage their own groups TVP: Interface looks easy Beds: Demographics are required on “Add user”, what about DOB? (MD explained that the survey tool enables users to update their own “Age Group” instantly and is less sensitive than storing date of birth.) Hampshire: Windows phone requirement, all officers are on Windows, plans to move but only early stages. (MD explained that the web version of Rapport will be supported long term and is about to be updated, plus forces may look at revising their “Use your own kit” policies for this app) Beds: All on Windows 8 phones, looking to move away in the future Northants: on Blackberry phones, moving to Samsung, no timescale Surrey and Sussex are on Android devices and keen to trial the new app ASAP Lancs are on Galaxy Note 7s, apps are pushed out through Airwave and could test soon. TVP, Use Windows phones, require a timescale for iOS testing (JS: Within two weeks)
