2. Fig. 1: JEI workflow for a case of severely diseased patient shows a case, in which the automated segmentation algorithm misidentified synovial fluid as cartilage. Just a few interaction points on a single 2D slice lead to the fully 3D correction (circled on the 3D rendering). Furthermore, the 4D JEI LOGISMOS simultaneously corrected this region in the other time-point.
