GOHSEP will notify prospective Applicants once grant cycles open. Annual cycle. Tell what’s going on now. GOHSEP is available to provide Technical Assistance to interested communities. We need the applications submitted by Nov 1, 2009 so we have ample time to review the applications before they are submitted to FEMA. Hazard Mitigation_Resource_7-16

29 Non-disaster grant Applicant process
Applicant submits a letter or of interest to GOHSEP. Applicant submits an Application to GOHSEP. GOHSEP reviews, then submits to FEMA. FEMA reviews, issues an award/denial. GOHSEP is available to provide Technical Assistance to interested communities.
