2 Natural Selection = The Strongest Survive Stronger member of a species get to breed and pass on their genetic material. The weak or slow get eaten and can not pass on their weak genetic material.

3 What is an adaptation? With a partner, come up with a definition of adaptation and two examples of adaptations.

4 Adaptation a trait that makes a population better suited to its environment provides an advantage to survive and reproduce can be structural or behavioral

5 Structural Adaptation
A physical characteristic in a plant or in an animal’s body that helps it to survive in its environment happens over a long period of time in the form of changing an organism's genetic traits aka physical adaptation
