Challenge audience to solve a problem or brainstorm ideas. Dim projector/blank screen. Mix up long and short slides. Present between 10:00 am and 11:00 AM or 2 to 3 hours after lunch. Don’t rely too heavily on bulleted lists. Don’t waste time worrying about fonts. Pick an appropriate background; vary it when desirable. Consider color-coding. Vary volume, body motions, speed, etc.
