9. Working group
The platform for the technical work will be the HRWG;
 In view of efficiency working groups for specific issues can be set up;
 Each MS shall be represented by one representative;
 According to the specificity of the matters to be dealt with it is incumbent upon MS to appoint other delegate instead of their representative at the HRWG.

10. Frequency of the meetings during the test phase:
Plenary sessions:
 DGs will meet with TUNED under each EU presidency in the framework of the traditional informal co-operation
Steering group:
 The steering group meetings will be to the maximum two by presidency.
Working groups:
The same frequency of the HRWG meetings – 2 meetings by semester shall be adopted.
 The meetings shall be carried out straight after the HRWG meetings
