To target key craft bars and execute a classic menu placement
To highlight “diamond rye” and target placements that utilize rye whiskey

Worked in partnership with 4 key accounts to place spirit
with correct menu printing
Conducted traditional sales call with bar managers and staff – educate and taste
Assisted in creating unique cocktails with unusual ingredients
Utilized bar spend to kit an account with unique bar accessories
Results: 5 new Belvedere Diamond Rye cocktails in key cocktail bars
Imperial: 2 menu listings: This side of Paradise ~ martini with Darcy’s Acid Phosphate and Harlequin ~ citrus styled martini
The Benson: Hiluie ~ straight up martini
Urban Farmer: Northwest Dry Rye! ~ featuring spritz of rosemary & sage
Ox: Dirty Grandma Agnes ~take on dirty martini
