3. The Data Transfer Feature You use the Managers Data Transfer to organize the process. There are two methods: 1.Using a teaching plan 2.Selecting activities

4. Teaching Plan Method This uses your teaching plan. Simply choose a class and a time period. Then you set up your data transfer details. This becomes your default. Press the Prepare Data Transfer button and your are finished. The Whole Process takes about 1 minute. In that time you can prepare several months of classroom activities synchronized to what you plan to teach!

5. Activity Method In this method you choose specific activities. It takes longer.

6. Which Method? You use the plan method for normal work You use the activity method when you want to do something special or specific –Helping students with particular weaknesses –Working with special groups –Revision work

7. Technicalities Currently the process uses –Active and Hot Sync methods for handheld computers –The computer network Wireless solutions are being developed –The modified Manager will be a free upgrade
