2 2 The purpose of The Chronicle is simple – to provide professionals in higher education with new knowledge that can be applied to their campus and work environment. The Chronicle of Higher Education provides higher education professionals with daily news, advice, current job listings, and tools for career development. Mission

The Chronicle provides topics ranging from news effecting higher education administrators to job and advice forums. Delve deeper into major topics by selecting sub-topics that become available after selecting a major topic tab. For enrollment management staff, the Where Does Your Freshman Class Come From? graph is an excellent tool to use when trying to focus recruitment areas by region. Explore recent data for: Faculty Students Administration Institutional Research Financial & Budgets Rankings Tip: The Almanac of Higher Education is published annually and measures the current state of academe. The Advice tab specifically lists information on how to improve your campus and job skills. Opinion & Ideas provides book recommendations and reviews. 6 Get your daily dose of advice and find new ideas to apply to your office by visiting both the Advice and Opinion & Ideas pages.
