Presents Mistaking The Identity of Christ Introduction-(3) (Click) (Click) Present with print out copies of the study For each person to read. The Invitation study is in Microsoft Word (Next) Part (3) of 5 Parts Compiled and Illustrated from The study of The Word of GOD And The Spirit of Prophecy, February 2015

2 in the names of three divine beings.
In Part (2) of the Introduction of this series of study, on “Mistaking The Identity of Christ”, we learned through Peter’s report that “…the prophets have enquired and searched diligently”, searching for what manner of time The Spirit of Christ, Who was in them did signify, when He testified through them beforehand of the sufferings He would endure, and the glory that should follow. Through Peter, He revealed that the reports that the prophets gave, to obtained a good report, even the angels desired to look into, to understand. And through Peter’s report, The Word of GOD has encouraged us to gird up the loins of our minds, to be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto us at the revelation of Jesus Christ. And be as obedient children, not fashioning ourselves according to the former lusts in our ignorance. (Click-Verse) Without knowing the ways of GOD, a person would jump to conclusions and assume that the Lord is commanding His disciples to baptize all nations in the names of three divine beings. Yet, the question given by Isaiah in his report of Him, Who is Invisible is this, “Who hath believed our report? and to whom is The Arm of the LORD revealed?” We read also from a report in Part (1), obtained through the writings of Ellen G. White, where it was revealed that The LORD would give us help, which is given through the study of HIS Word. Through her writings in that devotional on “Help in Study”, the written report on The Word of GOD says to, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).” In her report, she wrote, “Be careful how you interpret Scripture. Read it with a heart opened to the entrance of God's Word, and it will express heaven's light, giving understanding unto the simple. This does not mean the weak-minded, but those who do not stretch themselves beyond their measure and ability in trying to be original and independent in reaching after knowledge above that which constitutes true knowledge.” (Click-Verse) Without knowing the ways of GOD, a person would jump to conclusions and assume that the Lord is commanding His disciples to baptize all nations in the names of three divine beings. Ellen G. White also wrote in her report that, “All who handle the Word of God are engaged in a most solemn and sacred work; for in their research they are to receive light and a correct knowledge, that they may give to those who are ignorant.” (This Day With God, Page 43) As Paul said, when he was a child, he spoke as a child, he understood as a child, he thought as a child: but when he became a man, he put away childish things. We also like Paul, can say the same thing, because we are all on different levels of understanding of That, Which is of GOD, and have been hard for us to comprehend, or to explain to others, because of our partial understanding of The Invisible Things of GOD. (Click-Verse) Without knowing the ways of GOD, a person would jump to conclusions and assume that the Lord is commanding His disciples to baptize all nations in the names of three divine beings. (Next) But in his letter to Timothy, Paul wrote to him and said, study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, because you are rightly dividing The Word of Truth. For The Word of Truth is not the word of man’s wisdom.

5 in the names of three divine beings.
For it is by The Word of GOD that we are called out of darkness into His marvelous Light. It is by The Word, Whom we hear and receive that we are made His elect. But if men give up The Word of Life, to receive the wisdom of men, then we are returning to darkness in our understanding of The Invisible Things of GOD, to walk no more with Him in The Light of GOD’S Word, except we repent, to receive HIS Word, Who is Eternal Life. As Ellen G. White said, we are to be careful how we interpret Scripture. We are to read The Word of GOD with our hearts opened to the entrance of GOD'S Word, and by HIS Word, HE will express heaven's Light, to give Understanding unto the simple. As she said, “All who handle the Word of God are engaged in a most solemn and sacred work”, because It is by The Word that we are called out of darkness, or confusion to be of The Truth. (Click-Verse) Without knowing the ways of GOD, a person would jump to conclusions and assume that the Lord is commanding His disciples to baptize all nations in the names of three divine beings. There was a point in the life of Paul, who was then known as Saul, when he persecuted the church, because he like the Jews knew only in part The Truth, Who is of GOD. But in Paul’s day, there were many, like the Gentiles, who were in total darkness to The Light Saul knew only in part. But he--Saul was not where The LORD wanted him to be by the reading, or the study of HIS Word. From this example of the framework of faith, we can see Saul in the focus of our view, with the Gentiles, who were on the side of darkness in their understanding. And within that same framework of our view, we see The Light to where The LORD wants to lead, not only Saul, but also all, who will believe and follow The Example of HIS Word. Although Saul had progressed from where he was in his knowledge, as a Pharisee, which knew only in part The Things of GOD, The LORD was leading him by HIS Word to where The LORD wanted him to be in following HIS Word. But there were many like the Pharisees in their partial understanding of GOD’S Word, and who were for him to persecute the Christians. But after his conversion of heart by The LORD and HIS Word, many that were not Pharisees were against Paul, because he persecuted the church when he was a devout Pharisee. Those, who were for Paul, they would say, he preached the gospel of Christ to the Gentiles. And there would appear to be conflicting views in the focus on the life of Paul. But this was because; the views being presented against, and for Paul were being looked upon not from the same point of view in the life of Paul. The conflicting views being presented from different points of view appear to be of two different persons. But both views were of the same person, who had a change of heart. And with all the studies that are being done in our world, by the various ways and religions of the world, and the persecution’s that are being done against Christians by those, who like Paul before his conversion, believed a partial point of view to be correct; we are all divided within a wild range of understanding on The Things of GOD. Like the atheist, who in his total darkness of not understanding The Things of GOD, because he does not understand the framework of faith, many of the religions of our world, range their views on some level of understanding, but they are all still only partially understanding The True Light, Who is revealed to us by GOD in and by the study of HIS Word. (Click-Verse) Without knowing the ways of GOD, a person would jump to conclusions and assume that the Lord is commanding His disciples to baptize all nations in the names of three divine beings. (Next) As it was reported in the instruction given by Ellen G. White, our first work is to possess Christ, and then in our next work, we are to reveal Him, as one who is able to save to the uttermost, all, who come to Him. For John said that…

“He was not that Light, but [was sent] to bear witness of that Light. [That] was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name” (John 1:8-12). When Jesus taught The Things of GOD to His disciples, and to the multitude that followed Him, to be blessed by Him, Matthew testified of The Son of GOD, Who is also The Son of Man. Matthew wrote in his report on The Life of Christ Jesus, Who spoke to His disciples, and to the multitude, saying… (Click-Verse) Without knowing the ways of GOD, a person would jump to conclusions and assume that the Lord is commanding His disciples to baptize all nations in the names of three divine beings. “Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand” (Matthew 13:9- 13). Notice that although there was a great multitude of people that followed Jesus, to be blessed by Him, to hear The Word of GOD, to see with their eyes, and to hear with their ears, that they might understand and perceive with their hearts, to be converted and to be healed by The Word of GOD; only those, who hear to be His disciples, will be blessed to be healed by Him. By having ears to hear, then, their hearts are opened to receive The Word of GOD, Who is given of GOD unto them, to know and understand The Mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Those, whose hearts are waxed gross, that their ears are dull of hearing The Things of GOD, they have closed their eyes, to perceive not with their hearts, to see The Invisible Things of GOD. They have dulled down their hearing of The Word of GOD by their many versions of The Word, converted to their own understanding, rather than understanding with their hearts, to be converted by The Word, to be healed by Him. Notice, or perceive what has been presented in Part (1) and (2), and how those partial studies connect to what has been said about knowing The Mysteries of The Kingdom of Heaven. Although Jesus spoke to the multitude of people, who all had ears to hear, only those, who heard Him, to them He was given that they might know and understand The Mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. Notice also that it is those, who know and understand The Word of GOD that are the ones, who will know even, as they also are known. And they will have more abundance. But those, who close their eyes, to perceive not with their hearts, to understand The Invisible Things of GOD, or HIS Eternal Power and Godhead, they have not, and from them shall be taken away even that they do have. This is why Ellen G. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching [was] not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God” (1 Corinthians 2:1-5). “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God” (1 Corinthians 2:9-12). But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?
