At that time there were devout Jews from every nation living in Jerusalem…Parthians, Medes, Elamites, Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, Asia, Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, Libya, Rome, Cretans, and Arabs. “We all hear these people speaking in our own languages about the wonderful things God has done!” Acts 2:9-11

And they all continued in amazement and great perplexity, saying to one another, "What does this mean?“ But others were mocking and saying, "They are full of wine." Acts 2:12-13
