11 THE MY ROTARY HOUSE CLUB & DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ROTARY CLUB CENTRAL
LEARNING CENTRE So there 6 main tools I want to highlight. In the next session I’m going to use the analogy of a house to talk about My Rotary, hence the slide. Those 6 tools are: The Club and District Administration section – where clubs will perform club and district administration such as updating membership details, member and club data and viewing and paying their club invoice Rotary Showcase and Rotary Ideas – which are two tools for projects – Ideas can be used if clubs are looking for project partner or want to solicit funds and resources, or vice versa. Showcase is used to show off successful projects. You’d use Ideas at the start of a project and Showcase at the end The Learning Centre is where you can take an online course. Actually the Learning and Reference section contains a whole range of reference materials. You learn by role or topic, download RI publications, sign up for a webinar or listen to one that’s already been recorded, and access reference materials such as the Manual of Procedure and Code of Policies. The Brand Centre – is where club’s can create their own club logo and download materials they can customise such as a club brochure, banner or business card. And then there’s Rotary Club Central – the goal setting tool BRAND CENTRE ROTARY SHOWCASE ROTARY IDEAS
