2. Estancia La Reconquista is probably one of the premier Estancias in the province of Buenos Aires and was the summer retreat of a former Argentine president. Estancia La Reconquista is a 720 hectare (1,780 acres) productive paradise, just a few hours away from Buenos Aires. 670 Hectares ( Acres) with title + 50 Hectares (124 Acres) of public roads inside property which will never be opened.

3. The main house dates from 1900 and was used as the summer home of former Argentine president Hipolito Irigoyen during his tenure. The house has been newly remodelled and is comprised of kitchen, dining room, living room, 10/12 bedrooms and maids quarters. Farm hand quarters with ten bedrooms, barn 40 m x 25 m, 10 horse boxes, tennis court & lit garden.

7. The property has two sections for raising cattle: The main parcel: Approximately 470 Ha. (1.161 Ac.) with 14 enclosures. Two of these enclosures totalling 77 Ha.(190 Ac.) were once sowed with wheat and sunflower, yielding an average a kg (5.500 to lbs.) The remaining enclosures are rotated with sunflower, corn, wheat, soy yielding averages of 2000 to 3000 kg. (4.400 to lbs.,) the main use for the crops are for cattle usage. b) The Chacras: 208 Ha, ( 514 Ac.) where feeding grass has been planted in 130 Ha. (321 Ac.) and the rest has natural grass.

10. Location
The ranch is situated just a few hours away from Buenos Aires. Location: Rd. 29, KM. 238,5 (in front of the town of Ayacucho). Access is 3km ( 1.9 miles) from highway on a dirt road in perfect condition. You can enter property year round, even during rainy season. The town of Ayacucho is located 6 km away from the ranch.
