3 Management Spatial zoning defines areas of land that have different suitabilities of capacities for tourists. Honeypot sites are commonly provided. These are locations that attract tourists by virtue of their promotion and provision of information, refreshment and parking, and then prevent further penetration of tourists into more fragile environments. The Grand Canyon is a good example

4 Management Elsewhere, restrictions on tourists may be achieved through pricing. In the USA, National Parks charge an entry fee; whereas in the UK, entry to National Parlks is free.
