Goal Setting The majority of this class has focused on caloric balance and weight loss, while this is extremely important you also need to have fitness goals beyond weight loss. Your assignment for this week is determine what you want to achieve from a performance standpoint (ex. Run a 5K, 10K, etc.), and identify when you can participate in this goal. How close are you?
