1 What’s happening? Your employer is changing their CCV provider from [incumbent] to Edenred. The vouchers that you receive at the end of [month/year] will be your last vouchers from [incumbent]. Your [month/year] vouchers will be the first from Edenred. A new online account will be created for you by Edenred into which your Childcare Vouchers will be paid. Your Childcare Vouchers will continue as normal but will be credited to your new Edenred online account. You will need to access your new online account to make payment to your care provider. In the following slides we will answer frequently asked questions about the process. After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask specific questions.

2 Do I need to re-enrol? You do not need to re-enrol on the scheme, Your Childcare Vouchers will continue as normal but will be credited to a new Edenred online account. However, any standing orders or regular payments you have set up from your [incumbent] account will not continue and you will need to login to your Edenred account to make payment. You will need to ensure your carer is affiliated with Edenred and login to your Edenred account to make payments to them. If you make regular payments to your carer, you will have the opportunity to create a standing order from your online Edenred account.

3 Carer Affiliation If your carer is already affiliated with us, please ask them for their Edenred account number which will begin with the letter P. When you access your online account, you will be asked for this account number in order to make payment to your carer. If your care provider has not previously accepted Edenred vouchers, they can affiliate online at by selecting the Accept Vouchers option in the Childcare Providers section of the site. Once your carer has affiliated, we will send them their account number which they will need to pass on to you.

4 Carer Payment Shortly before you receive your first vouchers from Edenred, you will be sent a Parent Welcome explaining how to use your Childcare Vouchers. If you have not received your by [date] please contact Edenred. Login to your parent account by going to and enter your parent membership number which is supplied in your welcome . You can transfer vouchers to your carer(s), up to your current balance, either individually using the ‘Payment’ option, or by setting up a ‘Standing Order’. To pay a carer you need their Edenred account number, which begins with a P - please contact your carer directly to obtain this as per the previous slides.

5 Existing Vouchers If you have any remaining balance with [incumbent] you will continue to have access to this through your existing [incumbent] account. It is recommended to use up this balance before using the balance in your new Edenred account.

6 Summary From [date] your Childcare Vouchers will be provided by Edenred. You will be sent an with details of your new online account by [date]. You do not need to re-enrol on the scheme, however you will need to: Ensure your carer is affiliated with Edenred. Obtain their Edenred account number beginning with P. Login to your new Edenred account to make a transfer to your carer or set up a standing order to make regular payments.
