2. Updates of China ESH Regulation
Interim Measures for Environmental Emergency Plan Management
Effective from 28 September, 2010
The plan must be filed to the local environmental protection bureau for record after signing by the main responsible person of the enterprise and must be exercised in emergency drills on a regular basis.

3. Updates of China ESH Regulation
Measures on Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances, effective as of 15 October 2010
The State shall implement a tracking and control system for New Chemical Substances. Registration of New Chemical Substances shall be considered by the Environmental Protection Department as one of the determinants for approving the environmental impact assessment (EIA) report concerning production or use of New Chemical Substances.

No further update of China RoHS recently
There are three WGs for the China RoHS now . One is to define the rule of certification and certification laboratory, the other is to set the China RoHs certification model, the last one is to define the details of the product catalogue.
