Total bilirubin increased (> 17μmol / l) and albumin decreased (<40g/l) in groups of well, moderately and poorly differentiated HCC, is a statistically significant difference (p> 0.05).

15. CONCLUSION
1. A number of clinical characteristics and histopathology of HCC
The average age was 59.3 ± 10.9; The male / female ratio was 4.3 / 1
60.4% infected with HBV, 1.9% with HCV and 47.2% Alcoholism
Mean tumor size : 6.4 ± 3.2 cm, 69.8% 1 tumor.
50.9% well differentiated, 34% moderately differentiated and 15.1% poorly differentiated.
GĐ:
Child-Pugh A : 69,8%.
Barcenola (2005): 49,1% the intermediate stage.
TNM theo AJCC (2010): 47,2% IIIA stage. 50,9% , BH vừa 34% và BH kém 15,1%.
